Your hands are cold, your fingers cramped and your mouse doesn't seem to be responding in this freezing spell. Why not put away the laptop for a night and join us for a special Cardiff bloggers Christmas meet-up?

Taking place in Pica Pica on Westgate Street from 7pm on Tuesday 7 December, it's a chance for bloggers to enjoy a chat, a glass of something to warm to cockles and a minced pie.

The normal set up is a bit of socialising, followed by a talk from someone from the Cardiff blogging network. We've had a great year, including talks from multimedia man Jamie Cuff (now at The Sunday Times), Rachel Thomas from the Save The Vulcan campaign as well as a great question and answer session with Nicki Tudor from Cardiff Bites, Gwyneth Moore from  Cardiff Fashion and Phil Jones from  Pint of 45. This time we thought we'd give the talks a rest and have a purely social event to tie in with the festive period.

This is your chance to meet other bloggers in Cardiff and enjoy a Christmas drink. We'll be back to normal with some sustenance for your blogging brains in the new year.

We'll have a short noticeboard at the start where anyone with any announcements can get up and make them – or let us know at the beginning of the night. After that you can sit back and enjoy a complimentary glass of Cava and a minced pie (for the first 40 who register on this event). If you don't register you can still come along!
